Shipment Processing Time
All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Purchase items are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Depending on the location(s) of our supplier(s), purchase items may be (drop) shipped from addresses outside the United States or any of its territories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee that all carriers or options will be available at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
** International deliveries may be delayed due to issues beyond our control and responsibility.
NOTE: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be patient during holidays and/or natural disasters.
Shipment to APO/FPO Addresses and P.O. boxes
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 Available to most major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
 Costs depend on package weight and destination.
 International transportation and delivery provided by your local postal carriers, based on location and access. We do not ship to all countries, so please verify that we ship to the intended destination, before processing payment. (Contact us, if needed.)
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy. NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS.
Returns and Refunds
All items must be in their original unused conditions to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items MUST be received by our returns department within 30 days of their delivery dates. To return items:
1. Send an email with “Attn: Returns Department” in the subject, to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the email, include your full name, mailing address, a description of the item(s), as well as a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Within 2 business days, we will reply to your email, assign you a tracking number, and provide you with our return address.
3. Prepare the item(s) for return, using the original packaging, or similar packaging.
4. Mail them to the return address we provided in Step 2. Be sure to include a brief note with the tracking number we provided, your full name, your mailing address (not a P.O. Box), and a contact phone number where you can be reached.
5. After we receive the item(s), our returns department will inspect them to ensure that they are returned in the original condition. If any issues regarding the condition of the returned item(s) are discovered, an associate from our returns department will contact you by phone.
6. If the item(s) have passed the inspection, our returns department will then forward a request to our accounts department for a refund check to be issued on your behalf, less the restocking fee(s), if applicable, and barring any return exceptions issues.
7. Within 2 business days of the returns department’s refund check request, our accounts department will contact you by email to notify you that the request for the refund was approved, and that a check will be mailed to your mailing address within 24 hours.
Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Be sure to read the description details of each item prior to purchase. Merchandise, such as tee shirts, that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Depending on the issue, we may consider exchanging item(s). For example; if a clothing item is in a “like new” condition, you may exchange it for a similar item of a different size or color, and of equal or lesser value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in that case, but you still will have to pay for the return shipping.
